CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR A 3-MONTH STUDY MOBILITY AT THE SLOVAK UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE UNDER THE ERASMUS+ ICM (KA171) PROGRAMME

A call for applications is hereby announced for students of the National Research University “Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers” to participate in a 3-month academic mobility at the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra, Slovakia, under the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility programme (KA171, 2025 call).

This academic exchange programme is implemented on the basis of the inter-institutional agreement signed between the National Research University TIIAME and the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra.

Brief information about the programme:

• Number of places: 2 students
• Duration of mobility: 3 months
• Type of mobility: study mobility
• Host institution: Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra (Slovakia)
• Implementation period: within the 2026/2027 academic year

Financial support:
Applicants who successfully pass the selection process will receive Erasmus+ grant support in the following amount:

• EUR 1,188 per month
• EUR 211 as a one-time travel contribution

The above-mentioned funds will be paid after arrival in Nitra and after signing the Grant Agreement at the International Relations Office of the Slovak University of Agriculture.

Who may apply:

• students currently enrolled at the National Research University TIIAME
• PhD students / doctoral candidates are also eligible to apply for and participate in the mobility

Selection criteria:
Candidates will be evaluated through an open and transparent selection procedure based on the following criteria:

• academic performance
• foreign language proficiency
• motivation for participation in the mobility programme

Deadlines for nomination of candidates:
The official deadlines for submitting nominations to the partner university are as follows:

• 31 May 2026 — for mobility to be implemented in the 2026/2027 academic year
• 31 October 2026 — for mobility to be implemented in the spring semester of the 2026/2027 academic year
• 31 May 2027 — for mobility to be implemented in the 2027/2028 academic year

Accordingly, all interested applicants are required to complete the internal selection procedure at the university.
